At ArtyCera, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted, which makes each piece slightly
unique. Small variations in color, texture, shape, or size are a natural part of the process and
add to the character of the product — these are not considered defects.
We also deal with fragile ceramic products. While we ensure careful packaging, there can
occasionally be issues during transit.
To help us resolve any concerns quickly, please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be considered. We truly appreciate your
understanding and support for handmade products.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Item
    If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will arrange a
    replacement at no extra cost.
  • Damaged or Defective Product
    If your product arrives damaged or has a genuine defect, you are eligible for a replacement
    or store credit.
    Please note: Minor variations due to handmade production are not defects.
    Conditions & Limitations
  • Time Limit
    All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@artycera.com.
  • Required Details
    Your email must include:
    Order number
    Delivery address
    Clear images of the product
    Image of the outer packaging with shipping label (mandatory)
    Reason for return
    (Unboxing video is highly recommended for faster resolution.)
  • Incorrect Shipping Details
    If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact details, we cannot offer
    a refund. We can reship the order at an additional charge of ₹120.
  • Refused Deliveries
    If a package is refused after delivery attempts, we cannot offer a refund. Reshipping can be
    arranged at ₹120.
  • Tampered Package
    If the package appears tampered with, please do not accept it and return it to the delivery
    agent immediately.

    Return & Replacement Process
    Email your request to info@artycera.com within 48 hours with all required details.
    Once approved, we will arrange the return pickup.
    After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your request within 7–10 working
    days.
    This may include:
    Replacement (if available)
    Store Credit (if replacement is not available)
    ArtyCera reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and replacement
    requests.
